FIELD: food industry.

SUBSTANCE: device for butter production contains frame with rigidly set cylindrical container and vibratory drive consisting of motor, toggle, piston-rod, and elastic funnelled membrane (fixed between frame and cylindrical container) set on it. Elastic funnelled membrane is simultaneously a bottom of cylindrical container. There is a lid on the top of cylindrical container which is made of clear material and fixed with clenches. The lid has loading hole with a door which can be fixed by plunger pin. There is an unload valve in the cylindrical container lower part. Frame and motor are fixed on the vibration damper, toggle has a counterbalance for balanced work.

EFFECT: this helps to reduce energy consumption and increase output productivity of technological process.
