Holes 9 are made on side surface to feed water to worm swirler 10 installed with the aid of hollow rod 11. Bushing 3 is arranged in moving cup 12 having side holes 13. Input part 2 of body is coupled to bushing 15 by means of moving threaded connection. Input part 2 of body has channel 16. Holes 17 are made concentrically to this channel. Holes 17 with the aid of circular groove in body 1 and holes 18 in bushing 15 couple tapered part of channel to atmosphere. Bushing 15 has central channel 20 for delivery of water.
