FIELD: medical engineering. SUBSTANCE: apparatus has body 1 with central channel consisting of cylindrical, narrowing and widening parts and swirler 2 positioned in cylindrical part. Widening and cylindrical parts of channel have face platform which serves as operating surface. Washer 3 with central and peripheral holes is mounted with clearance to operating surface.
