FIELD: pharmacology, veterinary science. SUBSTANCE: preparation has biologically active plant and propolis substances in complex with dimexide, synthetic high- and low-molecular polyethylene oxides at the following ratio of components, wt.-%: extract of plant raw in dimexide 5-15; propolis 5-15; high-molecular polyethylene oxides 10-30; low-molecular polyethylene oxides up to 100. Polyethylene oxide of molecular mass 1000-7000 Da and polyethylene oxide of molecular mass 200-400 Da were used as high- and low-molecular polyethylene oxides, respectively. Medicinal preparation is prepared by extraction of plant raw with absolute dimexide by two stages at 90-100 C and total time 2-4 h. Then propolis is extracted in dimexide extract of plant raw at 60-70 C for 2 h. In settled extract polyethylene oxides were dissolved. Preparation can be prepared as liniment, ointment, suppository that depends on polyethylene oxide molecular mass and their quantitative ratio.
