FIELD: veterinary science, pharmacy. SUBSTANCE: preparation has biologically active substances from medicinal plants, organic extractant, dimexide as a solvent, synthetic polyethylene oxides (carbovax of molecular mass 1000-6000 Da and oligomers of molecular mass 200-400 Da), anesthetic agents (lidocaine, trimecaine or novocaine) and water for injection at the following ratio of components, wt.-%: dimexide phytoextract at ratio of vegetable raw and extractant dimexide 1:10 5-15; high-molecular polyethylene oxide-carbovax 40-60; anesthetic pharmaceutical agent 1-2, and water for injection up to 100. Preparation is prepared by extraction of biosubstances from the vegetable raw with absolute dimexide at 80-100 C at intensive stirring for two stages: the main extraction for 1-8 h and after extract separation - the additional one for 1 h. Both extract portions were combined, settled and filtered. Polyethylene oxides and anesthetic agent were dissolved successively in filtered dimexide phytoextract at 100-80 C followed by water addition. Medicinal form of the preparation - solvent.
