FIELD: pharmacy. SUBSTANCE: preparation is hydrophilic-adsorption melt of components prepared by mixing essential or turpentine oil preliminary dissolved in heated dimexide (at 45-50 C) with hot solution of synthetic high-molecular and low-molecular polyethylene oxides. Ratio of components, wt. -%: essential or turpentine oil 40-50; dimexide 5-15; high-molecular polyethylene oxide 20-30; low-molecular polyethylene oxide up to 100. Preparation is melted at 35 C and above, essential (or turpentine) oil is released from the melt and contacts with body surface where it is applied.
