FIELD: medicine; surgery; anesthesiology. SUBSTANCE: in course of surgical operation and after it, in addition to traditionally administered ganglioblocking agents, such as pentamine, alpha- and beta-blocking agents and heparin are administered, in succession, to patient in following dosages: pentamine 0.6-0.8 mg/kg, obsidian 0.003-0.004 mg/kg, pyrroxane 0.004-0.05 mg/kg, heparin 2.5-5 ths. units. During postoperative period, pentamine is administered in dose 15-20 mg, obsidian -0.5-1.0 mg, pyrroxane -0.5-1.0 mg in single syringe 2-3 times for 5 days, while heparin is administered in dose 2.5-5 ths. units depending on patient's blood coagulability indices.
