FIELD: coiling equipment. SUBSTANCE: apparatus includes rotating guiding member with flanged cylindrical working surface; its rotation axle is arranged in fork mounted in bearing assemblies of base. Lengthwise rocking axis of said fork coincides with tangent to mean portion of generatrix of cylindrical surface of guiding member. Drum with inclined rotation axis is arranged in front of said guiding member; behind it another drum is arranged in level providing matching of extension of fork lengthwise axis with tangent to mean portion of generatrix of cylindrical surface of that drum.
