FIELD: rubber industry; production of tyres and other rubber articles by pressing. SUBSTANCE: housing with channel to deliver working agent is mounted on base. Channel has inlet hole, discharge groove arranged on outer end face of housing and channels to let out working agent communicating with groove. Flexible diaphragm is secured on housing by its outer bead. Diaphragm enclosing the housing is placed with its inner bead between housing and base to form pressure chamber. Ring saw-like cross section projections are made on surface of pressure chamber for engagement with plate material. Projections are tilted from center of symmetry of device towards its periphery.
