FIELD: oil industry, particularly to perform working operations in oil and injection wells.

SUBSTANCE: downhole device comprises housing and is connected with valve and production string at top thereof. Downhole device is fixing jack, which provides displacing of compression ball member from seat in upward direction. Device is connected with hydraulic scraper from bottom thereof and may perform two working operations in single round trip. Fixing jack consists of pusher having fixers, retaining ring and plunger pair, which provides pusher movement and is retained in sleeve by plunger retainer. In lower plunger and pusher positions compression ball member lies on seat, in upper position thereof compression ball is located above the seat. Fixers are arranged in fixer lid. Sleeve is secured in seat having support finger and support throughput finger to connect the seat inside the housing. Support throughput finger permits technological liquid flow during backwashing and provides elevated pressure is production string space downstream of tubing space during working operation performing.

EFFECT: reduced costs demanded for well repair, simplified structure and increased environmental safety.
