SUBSTANCE: when producing zinc via electrolysis of aqueous solutions, to prevent formation of sulfuric acid mist, zinc electrolyte, prior to be fed into electrolysis baths, is supplemented by blowing agent, in particular, raw lignosulfate - pulp-and-paper production waste in quantity 500-600 g per 1 t of cathode zinc.
