FIELD: sealing engineering. SUBSTANCE: end face sealing has stop ring and movable friction ring with cylindrical bores that are mounted on the shaft and face each other and, interposed between them, axial cylindric spring with pressed and non-ground end turns. The spring transmits torque from the shaft to the movable friction ring and presses it to the fixed ring mounted inside the housing. The seal is provided with collars made of flexible material pressed in the cylindrical bores in the stop ring and movable friction ring by end turns of the axial spring.
