SUBSTANCE: higher measurement results are obtained due to minimizing of measurement error caused by curvature and spatial angular movement of object mechanism on which the given device is installed. Device has optical transmitting system, receiving system including objective 6, light space-time modulator 14, Fourier converter 15, binary filter 16 of spatial frequency, position-sensitive receivers 9, 10, processing route including units 7, 11, 12, 19, 20. Signal from channel formed by units 21, 22, 23, 25 arrives at analog gate 20 and light space-time modulator 14 is supplied with signal from auxiliary pulse converter 26. Signal of preset duration is supplied to recording device 8 at moments of time corresponding to minimum amplitude values of mechanism angular movements. EFFECT: higher results of measurement. 1 dwg
