FIELD: medical equipment. SUBSTANCE: device for vision correction has two flat opaque screens each carrying two-dimensional grid of transparent sections, fixture to hold flat opaque screens in front of patient's eyes, two additional flat opaque screens each including additional two-dimensional grid of transparent sections identical two-dimensional grid of transparent sections of flat opaque screen. Each additional flat opaque screen is installed closely to corresponding flat opaque screen and for movement in direction parallel to lines or columns of two-dimensional grids of transparent sections and planes of contact of flat opaque screens and additional flat opaque screens corresponding to them are located in one plane perpendicular to vertical symmetry plane of face. Transparent sections can be manufactured in the form of square or round holes. Each flat opaque screen and additional opaque screen corresponding to it are mounted for joint rotation in plane of their contact. Device is also fitted with side opaque screens placed on outer sides of flat opaque screens. Plano-convex or plano-concave lenses can be additionally installed close to surfaces of flat opaque screens. Flat opaque screens are made from material absorbing X-rays and/or SHF radiation in the form of substrate on which one surface absorber of X-rays and/or SHF radiation is deposited. Device is provided with two additional screens placed close to one of surfaces of corresponding flat opaque screens fabricated from material letting radiation of visual range to pass and absorbing ultraviolet radiation. Two-dimensional grids of transparent sections can be located on parts of flat opaque screens. EFFECT: enhanced functional efficiency of device. 13 cl, 6 dwg
