FIELD: manufacture of industrial rubber; applicable in pipeline transport and special work. SUBSTANCE: method includes manufacture of rubberized-fabric hose products of large diameter. Fabric hose blank is rubberized from both sides with rubber sheets and cured on press. One of its ends is plugged. Blank is secured to the end of rubber hose with jet nozzles by means of flange. Installed on the other end of blank is flange with branch pipe. Self-vulcanizing adhesive is sprayed under the pressure of compressed air exerted on blank internal surface. Hose is used to turn inside out the blank. Compressed air is released through branch pipe. Installed on free end of blank is the other flange with branch pipe to supply compressed air. Compressed air is released, and product is freed from flanges, hose and plug. EFFECT: higher efficiency. 3 dwg
