FIELD: production processes.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to general rubber industry and can be used for manufacturing delivery rubberised fabric lay-flat houses. Manufacturing method of multi-chamber bonded structural element consists in the fact that on rolled cloth rubberised on both sides there arranged are two straps of untreated fabric and a flat gasket; at that, fabric straps are located with uniform allowance along cloth bends axes formed when closed rubberised fabric frame is assembled from it, and gasket - symmetrically along longitudinal axis of cloth; at that, gasket width shall provide its being placed on fabric straps at the distance equal to dimension between bends axes, two long chords are passed from vulcanised rubber with round transverse sections, rubberised cloth with untreated fabric straps are wound about chords so that straps comprise clamps enveloping the chords, and edges of rubberised cloth are laid overlapped on gasket, thus forming closed rubberised fabric frame; when plates of vulcanising press are joined, chords expand and press rectangular cross sections and give tension to a workpiece.

EFFECT: improving reliability and quality of delivery rubberised fabric hoses and simplifying their manufacturing procedure.
