FIELD: mining industry; power supply devices. SUBSTANCE: device has contact system path with current carrying buses installed for engagement with contacts of current collectors, each connected with corresponding installation by means of adjustable-length supply cable and furnished with carriage for moving along path on rollers and slewing circle provided with two connecting members in form of path sections whose phase buses are arranged in parallel and symmetrically relative to axis of rotation of slewing circle for simultaneous arrangement of current collectors of two installations. It has also brake and interlock unit for current collector placed on slewing circle when the latter is being turned. Braking and interlock unit has at least two brake cylinders installed with displacement, respectively, in aiding direction and direction opposite to direction of movement of current collector, with possibility of depressing rods in opposite directions under action of corresponding current collector.
