SUBSTANCE: device has feed motor, percussive device and hydraulic pump for supply of hydraulic medium to feed motor and percussive device. The device has pressure control valve controlled by signal regulating valve feed at the beginning of drilling so that when valve of this controlling signal is below the preset engagement value, safety valve communicates with the line of percussive pressure of percussive device, and when controlling signal exceeds engagement value, control valve disconnects safety valve from line of percussive pressure and connects valve of pressure differential with said line.
