FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, and is used to attached a medical implant to body tissue. An insertion device comprises movable fastening elements and has an unfolded position wherein said fastening elements are projected, and a folded position wherein said fastening elements are taken aside. A body with a distal end is used as a support of a cam system to transform a linear motion into a rotary motion, and a actuating shaft. An insertion device is attached to said distal end of the body and extends therefrom. The insertion element enables detachable attachment of the medical implant thereto and additionally comprises a rotary drive fold element. The drive element is built in the body and enables the linear motion of the cam that leads to the rotary motion of the drive fold element by means of said cam system for purpose of transforming the linear motion into the rotary motion, and the actuating shaft.

EFFECT: invention provides simple and fast attachment of the implant to body tissues.
