FIELD: transport engineering; hydraulic steering mechanisms. SUBSTANCE: proposed hydraulic steering gear can be used with additional consumer owing to the fact that grooves in housing are made according to definite sequence, and distance between end face surfaces of spool is made greater than distance between outer edges of pressure groove and one cylinder groove to provide connection of inner space of steering gear in one of spool positions with one cylinder groove, and in other position, with pressure groove. This provides simplification of design, reduced metal usage owing to the fact that number of grooves in steering hydraulic gear housing is decreased, and all advantages of known construction are preserved. EFFECT: improved operation reliability, reduced metal usage. 2 dwg
