FIELD: aeronautical engineering. SUBSTANCE: flying vehicle includes case 1 and wings 2 changing their configuration during flapping relative to longitudinal axis of flying vehicle. Wing 2 includes flat frame whose struts are rigidly connected with case 1 and solid flat sections 7. Wing is provided with two rows of rods 6 arranged at angle relative to each other. Rods 6 are articulated with free ends of struts in each row in center portion for turn relative to them to one side in vertical planes perpendicular to longitudinal axis of vehicle. Rods 6 form pairs between rows lying in one plane; their ends are connected by means of axles 8; solid flat sections 7 are secured on axles 8 for turn towards rotation of rods 6.
