FIELD: chemical industry. SUBSTANCE: proposed method is based upon polymerization of white phosphorus in dispersion medium, in presence of high-molecular oxygen-containing emulsifiers, while, simultaneously, irradiating polymerization mass with ionizing radiation until absorbed radiation dose reaches level 0.5-1.5 MGr. Unreacted white phosphorus is separated by selective extraction, followed by drying final product. Inventive novelty of method resides in fact that it uses for polymerization mixture of white phosphorus with additives selected from amongst graphite, TiO2, Al(OH)3, Mg(OH)2 taken in amount 0.5-5 wt.%, and also in fact that it uses, as said dispersion medium, mixture of water with organic solvents selected from amongst benzene, CCl4, CHCl3,, decane taken in water-to-solvent ratio of 1:1-2.
