SUBSTANCE: electrolyte is supplemented by diamond- containing blend, heated to 50-60 C, kept at specified temperature for 10-48 h, whereupon electrolyte is treated for 3-8 h at current density 40-50 /sq. dm, and coating deposition is performed at electrolyte temperature 50-60 C and current density 50-60 /sq.dm.
