FIELD: textile fibers production. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to fabricating nonwoven electrically flocculated and glued materials, staple fibers. Viscose is shaped into precipitation bath containing (in g/l): sulfuric acid, 25-150; sodium sulfate, 80-300; zinc sulfate, 0.5-50; and nonionic surfactant, 0.1-5.0. Fibers are then treated in bath containing 1-30 g/l of the same surfactant or its mixture with 0.1-20 g/l of sodium, potassium, or magnesium chloride, sodium metasiliconate, or ammonium titanylate, and dried. As surfactant, the following compounds may be utilized: . EFFECT: improved quality of produce. 2 cl, 3 tbl
