FIELD: oil production industry. SUBSTANCE: according to method, working agent is injected into beds through injection wells and oil is recovered from beds through producing wells. Separated from deposit are beds with low oil saturation and permeability and also beds with high oil saturation and permeability. Development of beds with low oil saturation and permeability is effected by well spacing pattern which is 1.5-2.0 and is more dense than of beds with high oil saturation and permeability. In development of beds with low oil saturation and permeability, bed pressure in recovery zone is reduced by 1-5 MPa below initial bed pressure. Performed in injection wells in beds with low oil saturation and permeability are inducing operations for increasing injectivity. Periodically injected is working agent of higher viscosity with 1.5-2.0 times increase of volumes of injecting working agents in comparison with volumes of recovered product until reaching bed pressure which is 1.5-2.9 higher than initial value and detecting influence of injection wells on producing wells. Product is recovered at bottom-hole pressure corresponding to saturation pressure. EFFECT: high efficiency.
