FIELD: erection and protection of pipe lines, containers, fuselages, etc. SUBSTANCE: outer and inner ferrules are fastened with intermediate layer of foam plastic reinforced with arch system which is made from crossing tapes of high-modulus fibres, some layers of inner ferrule are made from carbon fibre tapes doubled with elasto-flexible layers layer by layer. Other layers of envelopes are made from organic glass fabric whose warp threads are aramide fibers located in direction of spiral coils. EFFECT: enhanced reliability. 7 dwg
