FIELD: composite materials of heterogeneous structure and different orientation of threads in adjacent layers with alternating-curvature external surface. SUBSTANCE: device has three-layer jacket which in addition has power absorption layer which is located between external layers and intermediate layer and which is made from combination of intersecting spirals of dry aramid fibers or filaments and dry layers of synthetic textile which is made from aramid filaments. Inner layers are made from ring ribbon spirals, aramid fibers, which are bound in ribbons with organic or aramid filaments between which layer from crossing spirals of aramid fibers or filaments is located. EFFECT: increased stability of fairing against external impacts with energy levels of high intensity, increased resistance, reliability and stability, increased efficiency of its multilayer jacket. 6 cl, 6 dwg
