SUBSTANCE: invention relates to enclosing structures from polymer composite materials, and can be used in designing housings and compartments of aircrafts, used in aerospace and aircraft engineering. According to method of making instrument conical aircraft compartment from polymer composites, on conical mandrel with cylindrical ends inner shell and intermediate layer and outer shell are formed. To form inner shell on the mandrel spiral technological layer of adhesive double-sided fibreglass tape is wound, on which sectors of preliminarily soaked aramide fabric are laid with overlap, with pressing their edges on cylindrical ends of mandrel of preliminary impregnated aramid tape and creating step on smaller cylinder. To form intermediate layer with stop into this step butted sectors from plates of foam plastic are laid, preliminary compressing their first by process rings from rubber cords, then layers of technological jacket from thermosetting fibres, removing rubber cords.

EFFECT: higher quality and reliability of produced article.
