FIELD: examination and analysis of materials. SUBSTANCE: proximate analysis consists in analysis of processes of settling of dissolvable powder in liquids before and after their physical activation. Equal quantity of liquids taken before and after their physical activation is poured into two identical vessels. Then the same amount of powder is poured into these vessels. After intensive shaking of vessels, they are given time for complete settling of powder. This done, liquid with powder is shaken again, and difference in time of powder settling in vessels is measured. Time value obtained determines degree of liquid physical activation. To completely remove effect of climatological factors on measurement results, both vessels with liquid are placed simultaneously after shaking in two different arms of measuring bridge. Degree of liquid physical activation is determined by maximum value of bridge unbalance arising with settling of powder. EFFECT: higher accuracy of analysis. 2 cl, 1 dwg
