Electric heater and netted pallets have equal area of their working surfaces. Apparatus has unit moving electric heater between netted pallets for selecting optimum heating mode. Flat low-temperature electric heater has through openings whose working section is adjusted by gate. Position of gate is changed by gate positioning device. Gate is disposed above electric heater.
