SUBSTANCE: method involves preliminary preparing methyluracil concentrate by grinding methyluracil powder with part of polyethylene oxide-400 at ratio 1:0.6 up to preparing the powder dispersity 40 mc, not above. The remained part of polyethylene oxide-400 is mixed with preliminary melted at 60-65 C polyethylene oxide-1500 and levomycetin is added to the prepared base at 55-60 C up to its complete dissolving at 40-45 C. Concentrate is subjected for continuous stirring under vacuum for 30-60 min up to the homogeneous ointment state preparing. The prepared ointment shows antibacterial, antiinflammatory, osmolytic and necrolytic effects. Ointment inhibits the development of suppurative inflammatory process.
