SUBSTANCE: method involves preliminary preparing a concentrate by grinding a mixture of hydrocortisone acetate and levomycetin with the melted Vaseline at ratio 1:2 up to preparing concentrate of dispersity 15-25 mc. Base is prepared by mixing Vaseline, stearic acid, lanolin, sorbitol oleate and Vaseline oil added successively at 75-80 C, addition of concentrate at the same temperature and then - distilled water at 20-30 C followed by emulsification of the prepared mixture for 60-75 min at the rate 1300-1500 rev/min at its simultaneous cooling. Ointment shows antiinflammatory, antiallergic and antibacterial effect, storage stability, homogeneous structure and can be used in dermatology.
