FIELD: veterinary medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves administering complex chemotherapeutic preparation of prolonged action and broad range of bactericidal activity including anti-inflammatory and regenerating activity. The preparation composition is, in % by mass: iodoform 2.5-7.7, sodium sulfathiazole 10.3-26.9, ichthammol 5.8-7.7, Perhydrol 7.7-10.3, the rest is water. The preparation is administered in single dose by injecting it in both horns of the uterine at the time of sex cycle coming in equilibrium. Recovery from subclinical endometritis comes in 5-6 days. Cured cows are impregnated during the next full-value rut period. The preparation differs from other known preparations as being not absorbable in blood, not eliminating with milk. It was not detected in meat of animals killed (rejected) three days after their being treated. EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness in treating cattle infertility.
