SUBSTANCE: preparation is the combined formula consisting of a mixture of interferon and substance containing 2.2% polyunsaturated fatty acids, not less, and showing antioxidant property. The latter substance is eiconol that has 28-30% polyunsaturated fatty acids. Preparation has components at the following amounts: interferon 500000 IU, polyunsaturated fatty acids 0.045-0.08 g. Preparation can be made as rectal capsule or suppository and administrated by rectal route. Preparation can be used for treatment viral, bacterial infections and chlamydiosis and other diseases passing on immunodeficiency background.
