FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: fish oil production method by way of garlic extract introduction into "Eikonol" fish oil; the fish oil additionally contains LATL antioxidant complex, red palm oil and sodium selenite; one performs preliminary preparation of garlic extract including alcohol extraction at a ratio of garlic to alcohol equal to 1:1-1.1 (vol. %) at a temperature no higher than 15°C, the garlic-alcohol mixture exposure at 10-15°C during no less than 10 days, the mixture fermentation at 20-25°C during no less than 5 days, additional maintenance of the filtrate after separation of the solid residue at a temperature no higher than 15°C during 3 days and subsequent stripping of alcohol at a temperature no higher than 40°C; the produced product of garlic fermentation is mixed with "Eikonol" edible oil, red palm oil, LATL at a ratio of 6.3-6.7:90.0-91.0:1.0:1.3-1.4 and additionally - with sodium selenite in an amount of 0.001 (wt %).
EFFECT: invention allows to enhance therapeutic and biological activity of the ready product, reduce specific odour and ensure the product quality preservation during long-term storage.
