FIELD: medical engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has main and tuning laser radiators provided with power supply sources and cooling units and laser radiation supply system. Passive laser lock is mounted in the main laser radiator resonator to be reciprocally movable out of resonator cavity. The second harmonic component oscillator is reciprocally movably mounted at the main laser radiator resonator output. Controllable mirror is reciprocally movably mounted behind the second harmonic component oscillator output. Focusing lens, retunable laser and the second laser radiation supply system are positioned behind the fixed mirror. When operating in surgical operation mode, the passive laser lock, the second harmonic component oscillator and the controllable mirror are removed and the radiation is supplied to operation field through the laser radiation supply system. When operating in three therapeutic modes, the passive laser lock, the second harmonic component oscillator and the controllable mirror are set in series to make different modes of laser radiation and providing antiinflammatory, analgetic and immune stimulation action upon the operation field. EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness of treatment. 1 dwg
