FIELD: filtration technics. SUBSTANCE: invention is designed to be applied in abrasive treatment of metals and alloys on glazing machines to remove solid particles from lubricating fluids and separate diamond crumb. Lubricating fluid is fed between two converging polyethylene film tapes 12 which are placed on filter conveyor 4 and pressed together with solid particles settled on their surface. Resultant pack is cooled until polyethylene film begins crisping and crushed into powdered state, after which diamond crumb is recovered. Cooling means 8 consists of two Dewar vessels filled with liquid nitrogen and is installed behind breakdown rolls 5, polyethylene films being directed toward cooling means. Behind cooling means, machine for crushing cooled polyethylene film is installed. EFFECT: facilitated diamond crumb separation. 5 cl, 3 dwg
