SUBSTANCE: method involves fixing links on both ends of enclosure of filter 6, on portion by which filter enclosure is to be fastened on drainage member 1, with links on one or several first link rows being interrupted and positioned on first or several link rows at the end of fastening portion with offset in circumferential direction. In other version, links are fixed at the end of fastening portion in circumferential direction in continuous sequence. It allows links to come off partially or completely from fastening portion of filter enclosure. The filter enclosure may be thus stretched for mounting and, besides, formation of coming off links beyond fastening portion is prevented.
