FIELD: examination and analysis of materials. SUBSTANCE: specimen is made in the form of two gripping parts 5 and cylindrical middle part 6. Length of cylindrical part 6 is not less than its diameter dc. Angle α between generatrix of tapered part 5 and specimen longitudinal axis is selected from dependence α≈90°-(β+Φ+Φo),, where β is angle between normal to contact surface of two particles and longitudinal axis of specimen; Φ is angle of internal friction between magnetized material particles, and Φo is angle of external friction of particles on tapered surface of grip. Minimum diameter dc is selected from relation (6- 8) dp, where dp is average size of particles of material under test. Compact molding material in the form of grit of sizes dp=(0,3...1,0) nm, diameter dc=10 mm and angle α=19 dwg. is used as magnetized dispersed material. EFFECT: higher test results. 3 cl, 1 dwg
