FIELD: study of strength properties of materials. SUBSTANCE: magnetization unit is fabricated in the form of C-shaped electromagnet whose upper and lower pole elements have holes. Table with dynamometric mechanism is anchored on magnetization unit. Magnetized disperse material is placed into space of knock-down fixture. Device is equipped with pole piece movable in vertical direction and so mounted in hole of pole element that there is ensured contact of its lower butt with sample of magnetized disperse material and linking of its upper butt with dynamometric mechanism. Unit for anchoring of knock-down fixture comes in the form of immobile pole piece put on lower pole element. Bottom part of knock-down fixture is made of magnetized material. EFFECT: increased accuracy and reduced labor input for determination of true strength of samples under tensile load. 1 cl, 1 dwg
