FIELD: selection of moving targets. SUBSTANCE: device has two channels each of which has rejection filter and serial circuit of first multiplier and adder, which second input is connected to output of second multiplier, serial circuit of correlation factor meter and weights calculation unit, which is connected to control inputs of rejection filters of both channels, as well as inter-period phase shift meter. Goal of invention is achieved by introduced serial circuit of Doppler phase shift calculation unit and cosine-sine generator which first and second outputs are connected to joined inputs of first and second multipliers of both channels respectively. Second claim of invention discloses design of rejection filter which has first delay gate, first adder, which second input is connected to input of first delay gate, second delay gate, multiplier, which second input is connected to output of first adder, and third adder. Goal of invention is achieved by third delay gate which is introduced between output of second delay gate and second input of third adder. Third claim of invention discloses design of weights calculation unit. Fourth claim of invention discloses design of inter- period phase shift meter. Fifth claim of invention discloses design of Doppler shift meter. EFFECT: increased precision of selection of moving targets due to rejection of noise with unknown and alternating Doppler-shift frequency and spectral width. 5 dwg
