FIELD: fibre optics. SUBSTANCE: change-over switch has nonmagnetic base 3 on which stationary member 1 and electromagnet consisting of magnetic core 6 and winding 7 are secured. Central part of magnetic core 6 is fastened to nonmagnetic base 3, and electromagnet poles are positioned in plane located above nonmagnetic base 3 and directed opposite to each other. Moving member 2 is arranged in clearance between electromagnet poles. Permanent magnet 10 is secured under moving member on central part of magnetic core so that one of its poles is directed towards magnetic core 6 and the other, to moving member 2. Moving member is made of ferromagnetic material. It moves between electromagnet poles which serve at the same time as locks. Group 4 of optical fibres including at least one optical fibre is attached to moving member 2, and group 5 of optical fibres having at least two optical fibres is attached to stationary member 1 with faces directed towards fibre faces of group 4. Axes of optical fibres of groups 4 and 5 are oriented perpendicularly to direction in which moving member 2 moves between electromagnet poles. Distance between axes of optical fibres is equal to travel of moving member 2 between electromagnet poles. EFFECT: more effective design. 4 dwg
