Port rims 10a and 10b prevent stretching of spring 7 drawn lengthwise and bent in crosswise direction relative to own longitudinal direction; side flange 7a of spring is passed through port 5. At least one side flange is locked in end notch 11a of port rim 10a that opposes stretching force of spring 7. EFFECT: improved reliability. 6 cl, 5 dwg
