SUBSTANCE: fuel element has holding plate 5 with oblong hole 10 to pass holding rod 8a, 8b abutting with its stop lip 11a, 11b against external side of holding plate 5. Stop lip 11a, 11b is radially arranged on stop plate located on external side of holding plate; cover sleeve 16a, 16b mounted on end of holding rod 8a, 8b is arranged coaxially to the latter and stop plate 9 functions as guide for it. Cover sleeve 16a, 16b is free to pierce supporting disk 15 placed above stop plate 9; first compression spring 16 a, 16b rests on cover sleeve 16 a, 16b and supporting disk 15. Second compression spring 23 rests on supporting disk 15 and on stop plate 9. Compression springs 17a, 17b, and 23 are pre-braced by puller bolt 14 installed on holding plate 5 and acting of supporting disk 15; it is free to pierce the latter.
