SUBSTANCE: mobile object includes phase changers which are connected by corresponding connections to an on-board computer, and a ground-based system includes phase changers which are connected to corresponding inputs/outputs of an automated workstation computer, inputs/outputs of an on-board physical layer module and inputs/outputs of on-board broadband radio-frequency modules; control inputs/outputs of physical layer module and a channel layer module are connected by two-way connections to corresponding inputs/outputs of the on-board computer.
EFFECT: broader functional capabilities of the system by speeding up the procedure of solving communication frequency scheduling tasks, efficient use of the allocated frequency spectrum of the radio-frequency range and reduced effect on reliability of transmitting information due to awareness on external attacks.
