FIELD: agricultural engineering, in particular, equipment for preparing seeding bed in stump, supplying fertilizer, soil and seed into root passage. SUBSTANCE: apparatus has disk-type cellular seeding unit driven by hydraulic cylinder 21 for lifting auger-type borer 16 by chain transmission 9 and flywheel coupling. Chain transmission 9 is connected with its free end to horizontal hinge with pivotal prismatic grid 10 and with its other end to return lever 12. During seed throwing, disk of seeding unit is rotated through sector with central angle .
