Also the drill has a cutter with a hydraulic circuit and a mechanism of penetration into the soil, a clamping device and a system of hanging on the vehicle. On the inner side of the clamping device locking cones are rigidly mounted with an apex angle of 40°. The height of the locking cones is more than the cork-alburn layer, and their tops are directed on their medullar rays to the core of the stump.

EFFECT: use of the invention can provide an exemption to uneven axial load on the drill, which can increase the reliability and performance of the drill.
