FIELD: forest engineering. SUBSTANCE: apparatus has hopper, seed and fertilizer guide , rotavator, gripping device, penetration mechanism and auger-type bore with drive. Spiral part of auger-type bore is equipped with inner air line provided with radial channels. Channel free ends extend into outer spiral end. Apparatus may be used for preparing of seeding place in stump, for fertilizer application, as well as for guiding soil and seeds into root passage.
