FIELD: feed production, in particular, ground feed flavoring devices. SUBSTANCE: apparatus has chamber 1 positioned below discharge opening 2 of material channel 3. Chamber 1 has four-blade dispensing drum whose shaft 6 is connected through chain transmission with shaft 18 of liquid drum 19 provided with four blades 20 having sealing collars 21. Housing 22 of liquid drum 19 is communicated through spray nozzle 23 with container 24 for nutrient solution and has discharge branch pipe 25 positioned in its lower part. Branch pipe 25 is connected with sprayer 26 formed as fanlike head mounted on discharge branch pipe 25 within funnel in spaced relation to its wall. Funnel is secured on spraying pipe 29 of chamber 1 and communicated via pipeline 30 to air discharge opening 31 of material channel 3 extending from grinder 4. Container 24 is surrounded with air jacket 34 connected to pipeline 30. Dose of ground feed is regulated and capacity of dispensing drum is 7 is leveled by adjusting mechanism.
