FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: in order to carry out control of gaseous composition of exhaled air in central tube, maximally close to mouthpiece installed is unit of air mixture intake, provided with canals of inhaled and exhaled air, separated by means of valve mechanism. Canal of exhaled air is longer than canal of inhaled air, and central tube is maximally displaced to canal of inhaled air in order to ensure separation of flows of inhaled and exhaled air. Directly near valve sensor of gas-analyser is installed.

EFFECT: invention allows to carry out continuous control of carbon dioxide and oxygen concentration in last portion of exhaled air, close in percent composition of gases to alveolar air.
